City of Orlando Metropolitan Planning Board Meeting – Tuesday, February 17, 2015Important Message to all Lake Formosa Neighborhood Residents…
Inverlad submitted an official application for the Ivanhoe Place development to the City of Orlando on December 22, 2014. This project will be reviewed at the February 17, 2015, City of Orlando MPB meeting. The plans have been considered sufficiently complete for review and the project was placed on the agenda for the February meeting. Because Inverlad is proposing an abandonment of a road (specifically Alden Road), there are two items for the MPB to consider: 1) the proposed road abandonment and 2) the proposed mixed-use development.

Hope you all have been enjoying your summer. We’ve been staying out of the heat, but are ready to get back out there in full force! See flyer for the annual International/Florida Coastal Cleanup coming up on Saturday, September 15th. We have some new sites we have not included before.
National Public Lands Day is also coming up on Saturday, September 29th at Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake. We are currently gathering all the details and hope to have a flyer soon. We plan to have a variety of outdoor activities planned, for free!
I would like to take this opportunity to give you our sixty-thirdupdateon the project. Since the last update, we received the second quarterly Post Active Remediation Monitoring (PARM) groundwater sampling results (report received June 13, 2012). These results were all below Groundwater Cleanup Target Levelslike the prior results were. We now have two out of the required four PARM results to close the site.
The next two quarterly PARM reports are due on October 1, 2012 (3rd Qtr) and December 31, 2012 (4th Qtr).
The next update I will send onNovember 1, 2012 will include the third quarter results. I will send the update that includes the fourth quarterly results as soon as I get them, which should be in early to mid December.
As always, please feel free to call me anytime if you need additional information or have any questions.
