Monthly update for Sellers Auto / Artist Studio petroleum cleanup site 489201547 / 489201548 (Update # 52)‏

March 1, 2011

Ms. Mills,

I would like to take this opportunity to give you our fifty-second monthly update on the project.

General Status:

The system went down a couple of weeks ago due to a high water alarm in the infiltration gallery.  However, this problem was abated by reducing the water through the system.  There are only four wells pumping water, all of which are in the area of the remaining contamination.

System Runtime & Performance:

Overall, there has been good run time since the new treatment points were installed. All of the new treatment points are still getting good flows.

Report Status

The next quarterly report is the Year Four Quarter Three report and is due on 04/12/11.   I hope to have data from this report before then so that I can give you a milestone update before this time.

Milestone Update:

There are no new data since the last update, but I will have new data before the next update.  Once cleanup levels are reached, we typically need to run a treatment system for at least one more quarter to ensure that there is not a rebound of the contamination.

I look forward to sending the next update on April 1, 2011.  Please feel free to call me anytime if you need additional information or have any questions.

Thank you,

Damon Taylor
