Subject: Monthly update for Sellers Auto / Artist Studio petroleum cleanup site 489201547 / 489201548 (Forty eighth update)
November 1, 2010
I would like to take this opportunity to give you our forty-eighth monthly update on the project.
The system has been running and will continue to run while the modifications are performed. However, the system is being turned off now pending the portion of the upgrade which will require it to be off. I expect it will remain off for at least a few weeks.
System Runtime & Performance:
There hasn’t been any significant down time in a while except for one at the beginning of the past week for a high water alarm.
The next report is the Year Four Quarter Two which is due on November 22, 2010. In the past update I stated that I thought this report would span a period of time before and after the improvements are made. I don’t believe that will be the case, because the construction has not yet begun.
There is no new milestone data update this month since the last one that included the data collected in July. The next set of groundwater sampling data will be available in a few weeks. They just performed it over this past weekend. I will provide the new data as soon as I get it from the consultant.
I will have further news on the construction status in the next update on December 1st . Please feel free to call me anytime if you need additional information or have any questions.
