Here is the staff report which was just finished today. Dowd is asking for a variance for height and will go before the MPB later this month. he wants 55′ (Staff told me that the tower is no longer proposed since the elevator will not go to the loft). Zonning is 35′. There will (again according to staff) be canopy and subcanopy trees in the 10′ buffer yard in the rear and the building will be 65′ from the rear lot line. I havent checked the staff report to make sure that these things are actually in it, but someone may want to check this.
